Key responsibilities include booking daily bank statements using specialized financial software, performing daily closing procedures, and reconciling discrepancies. The specialist will also be responsible for liquidity monitoring, managing cash advances, and preparing for year-end closing activities. Furthermore, the position requires product ownership for the dunning and enforcement processes, and readiness to oversee payment transactions. Candidates must possess relevant administrative or commercial training, demonstrate independent and solution-oriented work habits, and exhibit strong teamwork and service orientation. Required Skills
Education
Training in middle-level non-technical administrative service, or as an Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellte), or commercial training in Office Management – Financial Accounting and Controlling, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in administrative, commercial, or finance-related roles
- Experience with daily banking transactions and reconciliation
- Experience in preparing payment and debit runs
- Knowledge of New Municipal Financial Management (NKF) is desirable
