Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Chemical Operator based in Wülfrath, Germany, focusing on the safe and efficient management of chemical reaction plants within the chemical industry. Day-to-day responsibilities involve controlling and monitoring reaction systems using advanced Process Control Systems (PLS), specifically PCS 7, overseeing technical production facilities, and ensuring strict adherence to all safety, environmental, and quality regulations. You will manage the provision and control of raw materials, conduct precise sample taking, determine physical characteristic values, maintain detailed plant logs, and occasionally handle the filling of finished products into containers or tank trucks. Key requirements include a completed professional qualification as a Chemical Operator and practical experience operating reaction plants, ideally with PLS knowledge.
