Job Summary

This full-time position in Bonn, starting in March/April 2026, seeks a Scientific Officer to join the External Quality Assurance Scheme (EQAS-Board) of a leading provider of proficiency testing in laboratory diagnostics. The role involves the comprehensive scientific planning, execution, and statistical evaluation of existing proficiency tests, as well as the conceptualization and development of new schemes. The successful candidate will be responsible for external communication, including representing the Reference Institute for Bioanalytics (RfB) at conferences, engaging with proficiency test participants and IVD manufacturers, and collaborating with external scientific consultants and experts.
