Job Summary

This role involves serving as the operational team leader and Deputy Department Head within a globally leading chemical company in Wiesbaden. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the manufacturing of chemical products, managing shift and vacation schedules, and ensuring seamless communication across teams. Key day-to-day tasks include operating and monitoring production plants, troubleshooting operational disruptions, performing minor repairs, and strictly adhering to quality, safety, and environmental standards. The position requires a technical vocational background, specifically an Industrial Master Chemist qualification, significant experience in chemical production, and proficiency in GMP, SAP PP-PI/PM, and basic SAP MM.
