Job Summary

This role is for a skilled Microbiologist to join a leading European veterinary medicine academic and research institution. The core responsibilities involve comprehensive laboratory organization and execution of advanced microbiological and diagnostic procedures. Day-to-day tasks include processing clinical samples using cultural and molecular biological methods, and specialized techniques such as Mycoplasma and Mycobacteria diagnostics, MALDI-TOF MS, Microarray, and Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) for scientific services. You will also assist with research projects, support student training, and manage data analysis and organization. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in microbiological diagnostic techniques and strong communication skills.
