Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the optimal resource planning and timely, cost-effective dispatching of work orders and maintenance teams for DB InfraGO AG in Göttingen or Hannover. The successful candidate will be responsible for detailed, employee-specific daily planning on a weekly basis, coordinating resource utilization (personnel, vehicles) with other dispatchers, and maintaining an overview of all orders. Key responsibilities include swiftly reacting to disruptions, adjusting team schedules, initiating countermeasures for planning deviations, and performing order controlling and key figure reporting. This position requires a qualified Industrial Master Craftsman or equivalent, strong technical understanding, proficiency in MS Office and SAP R/3, and proven professional experience, ideally in a planning or supervisory capacity. The role is crucial for maintaining efficient infrastructure operations and requires a structured, communicative, and assertive problem-solver.
