Job Summary

This role involves managing the full commissioning lifecycle for advanced security and hazard detection systems within the Berlin and Brandenburg region for Siemens Smart Infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include the installation, setup, and timely commissioning of fire alarm and intrusion detection systems, with desired experience in access control and video surveillance. The specialist will conduct detailed functional tests according to industry standards (like DIN EN 14675 and VDE 0833), manage IT component commissioning, and support the digitalization of remote service capabilities. Key requirements include relevant vocational training in fields like Electrical or Telecommunications Technology, several years of experience in security system maintenance and commissioning, and expertise in programming Fire and Intrusion Detection Systems. Fluency in German and good English skills are mandatory, along with a Class B driving license and willingness to travel regionally.
