Job Summary

This role involves joining the growing assembly team for railway signaling technology within local public transport, primarily operating in the Ruhr Area and Rhineland regions of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW). The Junior Construction Manager will be responsible for the operational execution of assembly projects, including reviewing orders, planning personnel, procuring materials and tools, and structuring workflows. A key focus is ensuring the quality of assembly execution, documenting deviations, and planning and executing testing procedures to comply with standards. The role also involves defining work packages for external contractors, supervising their execution, and preparing systems for commissioning and customer acceptance. Candidates must have a completed electro-technical vocational training, professional experience in the assembly and commissioning of railway signaling systems, and fluent German language skills, coupled with a high willingness to travel within NRW.
