Job Summary
This role involves joining a 70-member Service and Commissioning team to provide maintenance and support for fire alarm systems (FAS) across the greater Hamburg area. The Service Technician will manage their own client base, independently planning appointments and traveling to various customers, including public institutions and industrial clients. Key responsibilities include performing maintenance, repair, and upkeep tasks according to service contract specifications, and occasionally undertaking minor commissioning activities. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational training in electrical engineering, preferably with prior experience in fire alarm and/or security technology, and be comfortable serving as the primary technical contact for clients, advising them on potential system improvements. The position requires fluent German skills, readiness to participate in on-call duty, and a valid driver's license for regional travel.
