Job Summary

This role involves joining a dedicated service team focused on maintaining and repairing security systems, specifically Fire Alarm Systems (BMA), for industrial and public sector clients in the greater Hamburg area. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a personal customer base, independently planning appointments, and executing maintenance and repair tasks according to service agreements. The technician acts as the primary point of contact for clients, gathering first-hand information and serving as a crucial link to the sales department. A key aspect is utilizing digital services to create added value for customers. The ideal candidate must have a completed vocational training in electrical engineering, relevant professional experience in fire alarm and/or security technology, and be prepared for regular on-call duty. This position offers mentorship during the onboarding phase and potential future opportunities to train new colleagues.
