Job Summary

The DFS Security Operations Center (SOC) is seeking an experienced SOC Analyst to join their IT Services & Infrastructure department. This full-time role involves critical day-to-day tasks focused on maintaining the security and integrity of IT infrastructures and Cloud Services. Key responsibilities include continuous security monitoring, analyzing and addressing security incidents, and developing detection capabilities through IT-Sec Playbooks and Runbooks. The analyst will utilize specialized tools like SIEM, Sentinel, and Defender Experts for XDR, participate in threat hunting, and conduct incident response activities. A strong background in IT security, practical experience with SIEM/SOAR/XDR systems, and advanced knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), M365, and Azure cloud technologies are essential.
