Job Summary

This role is ideal for a technically proficient professional specializing in the administration and support of complex Windows and/or Linux environments. The specialist will be responsible for the 2nd Level support, focusing on analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues within the IT infrastructure, including networks and server systems. Key responsibilities also include collaborating with 1st and 3rd Level support teams, contributing to the planning and implementation of system architectures, and ensuring operational stability through monitoring, performance optimization, and security policy implementation (including patching and updates). The successful candidate must possess current knowledge of networking, collaboration tools like Office 365/MS Teams, and be comfortable with a wide range of modern technologies, including virtualization, configuration management, and cloud platforms. Strong German language skills (C1 minimum) and a commitment to continuous professional development are essential for this challenging and diverse position.
