Job Summary

This Senior Expert Site Reliability Engineer role involves leading and managing the operations of complex Data Warehouse applications and processes, ensuring optimal performance, cost efficiency, runtime, and stability. You will be responsible for the entire Data Warehouse lifecycle, including mentoring junior team members (on- and offshore) and defining technical solutions for operating sophisticated platform and data architectures within cloud environments (Google, AWS, private cloud). Key responsibilities include supporting offshore operations using tools like SQL and Python, defining SLAs/OLAs, and overseeing the operational introduction of new development projects. The position requires proactive analysis of Data Warehouse processes, identifying automation potential, and leading workshops with various operational and development teams (e.g., PCS, VOIS, Google) to guarantee maintainability and SLA compliance. This is a critical role for someone with deep expertise in Data Warehouse/Big Data operations and cloud data engineering certifications.
