Job Summary

This role is ideal for a skilled Software Specialist focused on Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and industrial packaging machinery. You will be responsible for the creation and implementation of robust software solutions, specifically for deep-drawing packaging machines. A key part of the job involves the continuous development of the modular software system and ensuring its alignment with serial production requirements. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating within interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions, supporting customers during implementation and optimization phases, and guaranteeing the quality and reliability of all software using modern tools and methodologies. The successful candidate must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or Mechatronics, coupled with professional experience in software development adhering to IEC 61131-3 standards and proficiency in Structured Text, CodeSys, and Beckhoff environments. Experience developing Human-Machine Interface (HMI) software using modern web technologies is also essential.
