Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced engineer ready to take technical leadership in developing complex future aerospace electronic systems. The Equipment Architect will be instrumental in defining requirements, conceptualizing designs, and ensuring necessary proof of compliance for advanced avionics projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include technically guiding an interdisciplinary project team, independently managing development activities across the entire product lifecycle, and supporting critical decision-making regarding various concept solutions. Key qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechatronics, coupled with significant professional experience in electronics development (hardware, FPGA, and embedded software) and familiarity with real-time operating systems and high-performance data buses. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, a high degree of self-reliance, and excellent command of both German and English.
