Job Summary

This role involves the crucial administration and monitoring of network components and security solutions within the plant engineering sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, defining, and implementing robust IT security concepts for both products and the global IT ecosystem. Key daily tasks include conducting penetration tests on products and IT infrastructures, maintaining process documentation, and actively participating in the Incident Response Team to manage security incidents. This position requires a university degree in Computer Science or a comparable field, coupled with solid professional experience and deep knowledge of network technologies (Switching, Routing, VLAN, VPN, etc.) and IT security models, including firewall management. Strong proficiency in both German and English is mandatory for success in this cross-functional role.
