Job Summary

This role is centered on the Assembly, Integration, and Test (AIT) activities for the critical Galileo satellite program. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of rigorous functional tests, including reviewing test specifications, defining test procedures, and conducting essential electrical integration tasks. A core part of the job involves meticulous evaluation of test data, generating detailed test reports, and supporting ongoing satellite/instrument operations and configuration analysis. Furthermore, the engineer will actively participate in fault analysis and Non-Conformance Report (NCR) investigations. Applicants must hold a degree in Aerospace Engineering, Technical Informatics, or a related technical field, combined with 1-2 years of professional experience in functional satellite AIT. This is an attractive opportunity offering an unlimited contract and requiring a high degree of responsibility, service orientation, and fluency in both German and English, along with the flexibility to work in temporary shifts and travel across Europe.
