Job Summary

This role involves managing the end-to-end process for obtaining Continuing Medical Education (CME) certifications, Disease Management Program (DMP) accreditations, and association certifications. The specialist will handle applications via online portals and forms from relevant medical associations and chambers, meticulously monitoring and processing return documents and associated fee invoices. A key responsibility is reviewing incoming certification registrations to ensure strict compliance with the requirements set by State Medical Chambers and health insurance providers. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Biosciences, Health Sciences, or a comparable field, possesses experience in the pharmaceutical and compliance-regulated sector, and demonstrates strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office. Excellent communication in both German and English is essential for coordinating with internal and external partners.
