Job Summary
This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional focusing on the maintenance, development, and troubleshooting of complex IT network and backbone infrastructures. The primary responsibilities include detailed fault analysis, reproduction, and documentation of reported bug tickets within the network technology domain. You will collaborate closely with Development, System Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams to evaluate faults, design and execute test cases based on system requirements, and support technical documentation and rollouts. Success in this position requires a strong educational background in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, practical experience in network administration and configuration, and the ability to work analytically and structured within interdisciplinary teams. Excellent communication skills in both German and English are essential for effective cross-functional collaboration.
