This critical role seeks a qualified Microbiology Technical Assistant to perform complex microbiological analyses, strictly adhering to GMP regulations and aseptic working methods. Key day-to-day responsibilities include the preparation, execution, and evaluation of analytical procedures, providing essential analytical support and troubleshooting for operational processes, and actively participating in method diagnosis and experimental work. The successful candidate will also be responsible for training colleagues on analysis systems and supporting crucial validation and qualification activities for methods, systems, and processes. The position requires a Biological or Chemical Laboratory Technician background, proven experience in a microbiological setting, and the willingness to work shifts and be on call, offering a permanent opportunity to contribute to quality assurance and process optimization.
