Daily duties include coordinating with international units to satisfy global requirements, conducting regular status meetings, rigorous cost control, risk management, and escalating critical issues to management. Furthermore, the role requires creating offers for changes or additional services outside the original project scope. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, significant professional experience in HV/MV substation planning, and a proven track record of successfully leading technical projects. Proficiency with specialized tools like ETAP, SINCAL, or MATLAB SIMULINK is highly desirable, making this an attractive position for an experienced engineering leader in the energy sector.
