Job Summary

This role involves specialized work as a PLC Programmer, focusing on the development and implementation of control systems for custom machinery and advanced automation solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and programming PLC controls, creating and maintaining Human-Machine Interface (HMI) visualizations, and ensuring robust software documentation according to internal standards. A key part of the job is the commissioning of new systems, both internally and occasionally at customer sites, alongside performing detailed error analysis and optimizing existing control programs. Candidates must possess a background in Computer Science, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering, coupled with demonstrable experience using the Siemens TIA Portal, specifically S7-1500 and WinCC. Strong command of both German and English is required, along with advantageous knowledge of safety technology and bus/drive systems, making this an ideal position for a detail-oriented automation specialist ready to tackle innovative projects.
