Job Summary

This full-time role involves active participation in the Technical Facility Management (TFM) team, ensuring the operational continuity and quality of technical systems across properties in Berlin and Brandenburg. The core responsibilities include planning and organizing major conversion and renovation projects, coordinating with all stakeholders, and successfully executing projects. Day-to-day tasks also involve independently performing room and equipment qualifications according to quality management standards and participating in the 24/7 technical on-call service to maintain constant operational safety of the building equipment. Candidates must have a completed technical trade qualification in building services (e.g., as an Electrician, Mechatronics Technician, or HVAC Technician) and several years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in MS Office and CAFM software is essential, alongside strong organizational skills and a willingness to travel within the region.
