Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the legally compliant and functional operation of building technical systems, specifically focusing on Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC), Plumbing, and Sprinkler systems. Day-to-day tasks include organizing, planning, and documenting maintenance, preventive upkeep, and troubleshooting for these critical systems. The manager will be responsible for obtaining, evaluating, negotiating, and commissioning external bids for repairs and installations, while also overseeing quality control and adherence to deadlines by suppliers. A key focus is on developing and implementing measures to enhance energy efficiency, supporting construction management during renovations and new builds, and managing external contractors through commissioning and acceptance processes. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background in HVAC/Supply Engineering, professional experience in operating and renewing these systems, and is required to participate in a rotating on-call duty (24/7) to guarantee continuous system functionality.
