Job Summary

This role involves acting as a Systems Engineer focused on communication and antenna systems, providing critical technical support and system integration expertise. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating technical performance, reviewing specifications from suppliers, and defining antenna and component layouts. A core responsibility is conducting EMC and system compatibility analyses to ensure interoperability of electronic systems, managing technical interfaces with adjacent disciplines, and creating comprehensive technical documentation such as proposal specifications and test regulations. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree in communications, information, high-frequency, or electrical engineering, coupled with professional experience in designing communication and antenna systems. Experience in project work is required, and a systems-thinking approach, ideally gained through marine or shipyard activities, is highly valued.
