Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated Network Planning Engineer specializing in utility networks. The core responsibilities involve long-term network development and fundamental planning for supply networks and technical infrastructure, ensuring they meet future demands. Day-to-day tasks include conducting network analyses and calculations to maintain an efficient and secure supply structure, processing network connection inquiries, and managing associated approval procedures. The engineer will also contribute to cross-departmental budget planning for investments, support operational departments, and optimize operational and workflow processes. A key focus is on coordinating control and protection concepts (Redispatch 2.0) and maintaining technical documentation and databases. Candidates must possess an engineering degree, preferably in Electrical or Utility Engineering, coupled with substantial professional experience in the planning, construction, and operation of public utility networks (electricity, gas, water).
