Job Summary

This role is for a skilled CFD Simulation Engineer specializing in vehicle cooling systems, focusing on thermal conditioning to enhance overall vehicle performance. Key responsibilities include preparing CFD-ready meshes from CAD data for 1D simulation using tools like GT Suite (GEM3D), and optimizing assemblies based on simulation and test results to improve the lifespan, efficiency, and performance of the cooling system. The engineer will also support component validation through simulation and coordinate closely with testing and design teams. Candidates must possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Energy Technology, ideally with a focus on E-Mobility or Mechatronics, coupled with deep knowledge of thermodynamic process calculation and practical experience in 1D-CFD using relevant processors, specifically GT Suite. Advanced English and good German (B2+) language skills are prerequisites for this international and dynamic position.
