Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious IT professional focused on providing excellent on-site technical support to employees. Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving IT disruptions, setting up and maintaining workplace hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, monitors), and assisting with software and operating system installations and configurations. The specialist will also manage conference room technology, perform minor networking and cabling tasks, and meticulously document all incidents and solutions within the ticketing system. The position requires strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and common hardware, coupled with basic networking skills (IP, DHCP, DNS).
