Job Summary

This role is ideal for a service-oriented IT professional looking to provide direct, hands-on technical support to employees. The IT Onsite Support Specialist will be responsible for providing personal IT assistance, managing the lifecycle of end devices such as PCs, notebooks, monitors, and printers (setup, maintenance, and replacement), and assisting with the configuration of software and operating systems. Key responsibilities also include managing technical equipment in meeting rooms, performing basic networking and cabling tasks, and meticulously tracking all IT incidents within a ticketing system. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT apprenticeship (e.g., as an IT Specialist for System Integration) or substantial practical experience in the IT field, coupled with strong proficiency in Windows systems, Microsoft Office, and standard IT hardware. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and strong communication abilities to effectively interact with users and coordinate with the central IT team.
