Job Summary
This role is ideal for an ambitious IT professional, whether a career starter or an experienced specialist, looking to advance technological solutions for leading IT providers in Germany. The core responsibilities involve providing 1st and 2nd Level Support, managing IT tickets from analysis and prioritization through to resolution, and setting up and maintaining computer workstations, telephony, and client software. A key focus will be on troubleshooting hardware and software issues and ensuring comprehensive documentation. Candidates should possess a vocational qualification in IT (such as an IT Specialist) or equivalent, coupled with initial experience in support roles. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, teamwork, and fluency in German, alongside good English proficiency, making it a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to contribute new ideas and deepen practical expertise within an innovative environment.

Experience
