Job Summary
This role involves actively shaping and advancing the company's IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities. The IT Service Manager will be responsible for defining, implementing, and optimizing ITSM processes based on ITIL standards, working closely with operational IT teams to standardize workflows and expand service offerings. Key responsibilities include managing process and service documentation, ensuring target-group-oriented communication with departments and stakeholders, and supporting the digitalization and automation of service processes. Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification, coupled with fundamental knowledge of IT Service Management and practical ITIL experience. Fluency in both German and English is required, making this an ideal opportunity for a structured, solution-oriented professional looking to grow within a leading European technology services platform.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification. OCEB certification is advantageous.
