Biotechnology Production Operator (Pharmaceutical) | Bio Operator - Pharma (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves taking responsibility for the industrial-scale manufacturing of biotechnological therapeutic proteins. Day-to-day activities include the sterile filling of products and media, precise addition of media under controlled conditions, and conducting essential in-process analyses such as measuring pH values and conductivity. The Operator will manage process-specific systems, including Process Control Systems and Labware, and meticulously execute product changeover activities. A key component of the role is the conversion and setup of manual and automated equipment within a strict GMP environment, alongside comprehensive batch documentation using electronic manufacturing software. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in biotechnology, chemistry, or pharmaceuticals, or equivalent experience in related fields such as brewing or malting, ideally combined with several years of professional experience in a GMP setting. This position requires physical capability to lift loads up to 30 kg and mandatory willingness to work staggered shifts, including weekends.
