Job Summary

This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual ready to step into the dynamic field of pharmaceutical bioprocessing. As a Bioprocess Operator, you will be crucial in the purification of recombinant proteins and monoclonal antibodies at a process scale. Daily tasks involve operating complex process-specific systems, including Ultrafiltration, Diafiltration, and Chromatography equipment, as well as preparing large-scale buffer solutions and performing various filtration steps. A core responsibility is maintaining strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines, involving the meticulous cleaning and sterilization of process equipment and detailed batch documentation using electronic manufacturing software. The position requires a completed scientific or technical vocational qualification, strong organizational skills, manual dexterity, and the essential readiness to work in a 3-shift system, including weekends, within a classified cleanroom environment.
