Job Summary

This part-time role is ideal for a professional passionate about Pharma and Life Science, focusing on ensuring regulatory compliance within purification and formulation processes. Key responsibilities include coordinating and processing deviations, Out-of-Specification (OOX) results, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs). The specialist will serve as a primary contact for GMP, Bioburden, and monitoring topics, participate in cross-departmental compliance projects, and assist in creating risk assessments. A crucial aspect of the job is supporting the department during audits, inspections, and customer meetings by independently preparing responses to deviations and compliance questions in both German and English. Candidates must have a relevant scientific degree (e.g., Microbiology, Pharmacy) or equivalent professional experience in a GMP environment, coupled with strong organizational skills and good written and spoken English proficiency.
