Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the continuous availability and high reliability of battery products throughout the warranty and service periods. The Service Technician will significantly contribute to customer satisfaction by providing top-tier service, including preventive and corrective maintenance, and addressing fault reports related to battery systems. A key aspect of the job is actively participating in the further development and design improvement of future battery systems. Day-to-day tasks include conducting detailed repair and warranty reports, commissioning prototype and series batteries within the production facility, and supporting the technical team in analyzing and resolving complex challenges. Candidates should possess a background in electronics or electrical engineering, preferably with advanced technical qualifications, and have fundamental knowledge of battery technology, safety protocols, and fluent German/good English skills.
