Job Summary

This role seeks a Specialist Planning Coordinator to drive the analysis and optimization of building technology across new and existing structures. The core focus involves developing and implementing sustainable energy concepts aimed at significantly reducing operating costs. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical guidance for modernization and renovation projects, particularly concerning HVAC, water, and power supply systems. A key aspect of the job is managing and steering external service providers and engineering firms throughout the planning and execution phases of energy projects, ensuring successful implementation in close coordination with internal and external project leadership. Candidates must hold a degree in Building Services Engineering or an equivalent qualification (e.g., TGA Specialist Planner, Technician/Master) and possess several years of professional experience in the planning, implementation, or optimization of building technical systems, ideally within residential construction. Strong foundational knowledge in energy supply, renewables, and efficiency measures is essential, along with proficiency in CAD and Office programs.
