This role is for an ambitious Cathodic Corrosion Protection (CCP) Engineer focused on maintaining the integrity of critical infrastructure, specifically gas transmission and plant pipelines (LCP). Day-to-day responsibilities include the planning and supervision of CCP/LCP systems, coordinating detailed measurement investigations to assess protective efficacy, and ensuring pipeline integrity. A key component of the role involves the meticulous maintenance, analysis, and quality assurance of complex CCP data, alongside creating comprehensive technical documentation and specifications. You will also contribute to the future development of CCP management software and pipeline maintenance strategies. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification, possesses specific knowledge of CCP/LCP systems, and is familiar with relevant national and international standards.
