Job Summary
This role as an IT Process and Digitalization Specialist involves acting as the primary internal and external support contact for DATEV software solutions, managing online authorizations, and driving the digitalization agenda for both the firm and its clients. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing client digital maturity, developing optimization strategies, creating and maintaining essential procedural documentation, and managing internal IT projects. You will also be responsible for creating training materials, conducting user instruction, and facilitating digital client onboarding and offboarding. The ideal candidate possesses completed commercial vocational training, ideally with initial experience in IT or tax law, coupled with profound knowledge of DATEV products, strong analytical skills, and a service-oriented approach.
