Job Summary
This crucial role involves coordinating all aspects of customer service and after-sales support, acting as the central organizational link between customers and field operations. Day-to-day tasks include planning and scheduling maintenance assignments for customers and managing the deployment of external field service technicians. You will handle the intake and processing of all service inquiries from both clients and technical staff, ensuring the timely execution and monitoring of service orders. A key responsibility is managing documentation, including the follow-up and reporting of maintenance activities, alongside preparing spare parts suggestions and cost estimates for clients. The successful candidate must possess a completed technical education or degree, professional experience in service coordination or customer service, and strong organizational and communication skills. Fluency in German and good English skills are required for this permanent position based in Aachen, which offers flexible working arrangements.
