Job Summary

This strategic role involves leading the Junior Tax Consultancy, which serves as the primary training center for future Tax Specialists within a modern firm specializing in critical infrastructure and medium-sized businesses. The Training Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing the entire apprenticeship strategy, including developing modern curricula, managing the recruiting and selection process for new trainees, and providing high-quality instruction in technical and digital tax content. A core aspect of the role is leading and coaching a small team of 2-3 experienced Tax Specialists who support the training efforts.
