Job Summary

This role is for an engaged and qualified Service Technician specializing in innovative home technology, specifically solar power systems, located in Ratingen. Day-to-day responsibilities include the maintenance, repair, and servicing of solar power installations, configuring inverters for system stability (50.2 Hz), and performing detailed fault analysis using STC characteristic curve meters. The technician will also conduct yield controls via monitoring portals and perform various measurements, including thermography. Key qualifications include a background as an Electrical Engineer, Electrician, or Electronics Technician (Qualified Electrician), strong technical understanding, and manual dexterity. The position requires a friendly and confident demeanor when interacting with customers, as well as the flexibility to travel for on-site customer service, ensuring the long-term reliability and full functionality of the installed technologies.
