Job Summary

This role involves supporting the hardware development lifecycle, focusing on component selection, design, and testing. The Electrical Engineering Technician will be responsible for technology research, qualifying new components, and creating detailed circuit diagrams and PCB layouts using E-CAD systems. A core part of the job is testing development samples using analog and digital measurement techniques, as well as providing crucial support to both development and manufacturing colleagues, particularly concerning obsolescence management, component creation, and circuit adaptation. Candidates must possess completed vocational training or further education in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics and demonstrated professional experience with industry-standard hardware design and simulation tools like Altium or Mentor Graphics. Strong collaboration skills and good proficiency in both German and English are required for success in this permanent position within a future-oriented industry.
