Job Summary
This leadership role involves the strategic and operational management of all facility services across the company's main location, including the 'World of Living' and all exhibition sites. The Head of Facility Management ensures the seamless operation of all technical systems and buildings through proactive planning, maintenance, and modernization initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing external service providers, overseeing contract management, and maintaining strict budget control. The successful candidate will also assume the critical functions of Environmental Officer and Sustainability Officer, driving the digitalization and optimization of FM processes. This position requires a degree in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, or similar, coupled with extensive professional and leadership experience in technical and infrastructural building management, making it ideal for a strategic leader focused on operational excellence and sustainability.

Degree in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, Supply Engineering, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in technical and infrastructural building management
- Leadership experience
- Experience in sustainability management (Desirable)
- Knowledge of SAP S4/Hana (Ideally)
