This technical specialist role, based in Sömmerda, focuses on ensuring comprehensive, timely, and careful execution of all mainboard repair services for customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the primary technical contact for internal staff and external clients, planning and conducting employee training sessions, and actively developing and optimizing existing test procedures and repair workflows. The specialist is also responsible for creating essential technical documentation, such as work instructions and test guides, and supporting compliance with VDE and ESD guidelines.
