Job Summary

This senior leadership role is within one of Europe's largest banking IT service providers, driving digitalization for the Savings Banks Financial Group. The Head of Division will provide technical and disciplinary leadership for the Test Operations and Management unit, overseeing the entire Test and Requirements process, and managing critical Mainframe and Unix test environments for internal and external clients. Responsibilities include strategic alignment, operational control, and ensuring high software quality through the implementation of load testing, test automation, and innovative technologies. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in leadership, deep technical knowledge of complex IT infrastructures, and expertise in Requirements Engineering and Test Process management. This position requires strong communication, decisive leadership, and the ability to manage complex, diverse topics under pressure.
