Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the smooth operation and high quality of critical Java applications for a global digital services client. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day application operations, including monitoring using tools like Grafana and Splunk, performance oversight, and system maintenance. Key tasks include IT Service Management following ITIL/ITSM standards (Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management), continuous maintenance and enhancement of Java applications, and process optimization on the host system. A crucial part of the job is planning and executing release and deployment management, including migration plans, alongside implementing automated tests for quality assurance.
