A key component of the job involves hands-on participation, where the manager will independently execute smaller repairs and maintenance tasks when required. Furthermore, maintaining honest and reliable communication with clients is essential. Candidates must possess completed electrical engineering training, relevant experience with PV systems, and strong organizational skills.
