The primary focus of this position is ensuring the continuous operational readiness of all production systems. Daily tasks involve the independent maintenance, inspection, and repair of machinery and plants, alongside general electrical work. Candidates must possess completed vocational training, deep knowledge of machine and plant wiring, and expertise in control and drive technology. Crucially, experience with PLC technology, specifically S7/TIA, is required. The position offers a long-term, permanent contract within a company culture characterized by flat hierarchies and comprehensive onboarding, though it requires flexibility for shift work and participation in on-call duty.
