Required Skills
Education
Completed administrative training as an Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellte/-r) with additional qualification as an Administrative Business Economist (Verwaltungsfachwirt/in), OR a successfully completed degree in Public Administration (e.g., Bachelor of Arts Digital Administrative Management, Public Management, Administrative Informatics, ideally with specialization in Organization/Digitalization/IT), OR an equivalent qualification (e.g., Dipl. Verwaltungswirt (FH)).
Experience
- Professional experience in developing and implementing digitalization strategies
- Professional experience in organizational development and process optimization
- Experience with the introduction and operation of electronic file and document management systems
