Job Summary
This role is centered on delivering 1st and 2nd level technical support via a dedicated hotline for residential and commercial energy storage systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, providing structured instructions for fault diagnosis and resolution, and offering remote assistance during system commissioning. A key component of the job involves close coordination and communication with the Italian manufacturer. Candidates must possess a completed technical vocational qualification, demonstrate strong communication skills, and be capable of working independently and in a structured manner. Prior knowledge of photovoltaics and energy storage systems is desirable. This is a permanent position based in Langerringen, requiring only limited travel (approximately 2-4 days per month).
